This is not a coordination role. You will be the primary point of accountability for project outcomes — budget, scope, timeline, stakeholder relationships, and team performance.Note on schedule: This role operates on a 9 AM–5 PM EST schedule. It is fully remote with flexible hours. We compensate above the market rate. Please consider the schedule honestly before applying.What You'll DoOwn full project delivery - budget, schedule, scope, quality, and stakeholder communication from kickoff through go-liveLead client-facing governance: status reporting, escalation management, executive stakeholder alignment, and difficult conversations when projects go off trackBuild and maintain project plans covering objectives, technologies, timelines, resources, and risk strategiesRun risk assessments and develop proactive mitigation strategies before issues become escalationsManage the transition from signed contract to delivery team — fast, clean, and according to established processOversee bi-weekly invoicing reports to ensure accurate client billingCoach and mentor delivery team members on PM best practices and current processesNegotiate with stakeholders and vendors to secure the resources needed for successful deliveryEstablish governance and reporting structures across the project portfolioParticipate in agile ceremonies and maintain project documentation in Confluence and JIRAWhat We're Looking ForMust-haves8+ years of project management experience in IT or technology consultingProven track record managing CRM implementation projects end to endDirect experience with financial services clients — banks, credit unions, or insuranceStrong client-facing presence — you have led executive stakeholder conversations, managed escalations, and delivered difficult news professionallyHands-on with Atlassian Confluence and JIRAProfessional-level English, written and verbalGenuine openness to working EST hoursStrong advantagesPMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certificationExperience with major CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics, Pega, or equivalent)Prior experience on North American client accounts from IndiaWhy Solutions MetrixCompensation well above market — highly competitive pay structured to reflect the seniority and EST commitmentDirect client ownership — you are not a delivery coordinator behind a senior partner.
