What You’ll Work On• Curating and adding books to the platform• Shaping how books are presented and discovered• Contributing to the overall reader experience• Reaching out to authors and onboarding them• Building early relationships with readers and book communities• Helping grow conversations around books• Supporting content and engagement across platformsIf it involves books, readers, or authors — you’ll be part of it. What We’re Looking For• Someone who reads consistently (fiction and/or non-fiction)• Has clear opinions about books and can express them• Comfortable communicating with authors and readers• Curious, proactive, and willing to take ownership• Interested in being part of something early and building it We care more about how you think about books than your resume.
