We value curiosity, honesty, good design, and people who like taking ownership.Role DescriptionWe’re hiring a UI/UX Designer to craft bold, interactive website experiences for GrubPac.This role focuses on designing how GrubPac shows up on the web — from landing pages to interactive experiences. You’ll be responsible for creating designs that not only look good, but clearly communicate the product and guide users toward action.You’ll work across content, structure, and interaction — shaping how users experience the brand online — while collaborating closely with marketing and development teams.In short, this role is about turning complex ideas into simple, engaging web experiences.Here's what you'll be doing -Website Design: Design landing pages and website sections that clearly communicate value.UX Thinking: Structure content and flows so users know what to do and where to go.Interaction: Add thoughtful interactions and micro-details that make the experience feel alive.Responsive Design: Ensure designs work seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile.Collaboration: Work with marketing and dev teams to bring designs to life properly.Exploration: Try new layouts, ideas, and interactions to keep things fresh and engaging.We’re also exploring ways to make our web experience more interactive and engaging — from motion and micro-interactions to more experimental ideas. If you enjoy pushing beyond static layouts, you’ll have the opportunity to shape how this evolves.  Additional InformationExperience: 0–2 years (Freshers are welcome)Compensation: ₹4–6 LPA, depending on experience and skills.Probation Period: All selected candidates will begin with a 3-month probation period.This role is offered on a 1-year contractual basis.Work Mode: Full-time, on-site role at our New Delhi office.
