The role involves site supervision, planning, quantity surveying (QS), and quality control (QC).Key Responsibilities1. Site SupervisionOversee day-to-day site operations and workforce activitiesEnsure work is executed as per drawings and specificationsMonitor labor productivity and ensure safety complianceCoordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams2. Planning & ExecutionAssist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocationEnsure timely execution of project milestonesTrack project progress and report deviationsResolve on-site technical issues efficiently3. Quantity Surveying (QS)Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs (Bill of Quantities)Verify contractor bills and measurementsMonitor material consumption and minimize wastageMaintain records of site measurements and work progress4.
