Experience - 3 to 10 Years Location - Remote Notice Period - 30 to 60 Days Serving candidates Passport Mandate Required Skills: • Strong experience in Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow) configuration and administration including Incidents, Contacts, Organizations, and Custom Objects. • Hands-on experience in configuring Workspaces, Business Rules, Workflows, SLAs. • Configure custom objects and fields using Object Designer. • Develop Customer Portal (CP) customizations using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. • Develop custom scripts, widgets, and integrations for Customer Portal. • Implement Custom Process Models (CPM) for automation. • Configure reports, dashboards, and analytics. • Implement UI Extensions and Add-ins where required. • Familiarity with Connect Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs) and ROQL for integration and data retrieval. • Custom Email generation and Mailbox configuration • Custom Field/Menu management, Profile and Access Management Primary skills CSS, HTML, JavaScript, API, Pfp, Configuring, Object Designer, Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow)
