Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role experienced lawyer handling Construction Disputes. The role includes strategic advisory and representation in courts and arbitrations. Location: New Delhi/NCR Responsibilities: Leading client interactions. Conducting fact-finding exercises with clients Developing case strategies. Drafting notices, opinions, pleadings etc. Guiding junior associate's in research and drafting. Required Qualification & Skills: 5-8 years of PQE. Exceptional command over the English language. Ability to translate complex legal narrative into simple, practical, business-oriented advice. Proficiency in legal research and drafting. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
