Trident Consulting is seeking a /"WalkMe builder/" for one of our clients in /"India - REMOTE/" A global leader in business and technology services.Position: WalkMe builderLocation: India - REMOTEType: Full-timeSummary:As a WalkMe Builder, you will design, develop, and optimize in-app guidance and automation to enhance user experience and streamline workflows.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain WalkMe content such as Smart Walk-Thrus, Launchers, and ShoutOutsCollaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to understand user journeys and requirementsImprove adoption and usability of enterprise applications through digital guidanceTroubleshoot and optimize existing WalkMe implementationsAnalyze user behavior and continuously enhance engagement strategiesRequired Skills & Experience:Hands-on experience with WalkMe implementation/buildingExperience working with Workday or other HCM applications (highly preferred)Strong understanding of user experience and digital adoption strategiesAbility to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsTrident Consulting is a premier IT staffing firm providing high-impact workforce solutions to Fortune 500 and mid-market clients.
