The ideal candidate should have strong development expertise in ServiceNow platform and be capable of designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions aligned with business requirements.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions with a focus on ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).Develop and configure ServiceNow Virtual Agent (chatbot) including conversation flows and integrations.Customize workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions.Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization.Ensure best practices in ServiceNow development, including code quality and documentation.Provide support for production issues and enhancements.Required Skills:Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM implementation and customization.Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent development.Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP integrations.Good understanding of ServiceNow data model and CMDB.Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Preferred Qualifications:ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
