Our product portfolio includes: • PVC, CPVC, UPVC, HDPE, DWC & Conduit Pipes • Water Tanks & Storage Solutions • CP Bathroom Fittings & PTMT Taps • Flush Tanks, Cisterns, Seat Covers • Kitchen Sinks, Concealed Cisterns, Taps, Garden Pipes, and allied products We cater to large-scale private and government infrastructure projects across India. ⸻ Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Marketing & Sales – Institutional / Projects to lead and expand our presence in government, PSU, institutional, and large private projects. The candidate must have a strong hold in institutional sales, tendering, specification-based selling, and relationships with government bodies, consultants, EPC contractors, builders, and architects. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership • Lead pan-India institutional and project sales strategy for government & private sector projects. • Drive brand positioning of JINDAL in large infrastructure, housing, and commercial projects. • Define pricing, credit, and channel strategies for institutional business. Government & PSU Projects • Handle Government, PSU, Smart City, Jal Jeevan Mission, AMRUT, Housing Board, CPWD, PWD, Railways, Defence & Municipal projects. • Oversee tendering process, EOI, pre-qualification, bidding, negotiations, and final order closures. • Ensure compliance with technical specifications, approvals, and documentation. Private & Institutional Projects • Develop relationships with EPC contractors, builders, developers, project consultants, architects & MEP consultants. • Achieve product approvals and specifications in commercial, residential, industrial & hospitality projects. • Drive bulk orders for pipes, tanks, and sanitaryware. Team & Channel Management • Lead and mentor project sales, institutional sales & regional teams. • Coordinate with factories, logistics, and accounts for smooth execution of large orders. • Monitor receivables, payment cycles, and risk exposure in project business. Business Growth & Reporting • Identify new project opportunities and long-term institutional accounts. • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming tenders. • Present MIS, forecasts, and strategic reports to top management. ⸻ Desired Candidate Profile • Minimum 10+ years experience in institutional / project sales of pipes, plumbing, sanitaryware, or building materials. • Strong exposure to government tenders, PSU projects & large private infrastructure projects. • Established network with government departments, consultants, EPC players & developers. • Proven leadership experience managing large sales teams and high-value projects. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills. ⸻ Education • Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent. • Technical knowledge of plumbing & infrastructure products preferred. ⸻ Compensation & Benefits • Senior leadership package (Salary + performance incentives). • Long-term growth opportunity with a reputed Indian manufacturing brand.
