As we look to significantly expand our presence in Delhi, we are seeking a very experienced professional to join our team.This senior role offers the opportunity to leverage our partner’s and senior team's extensive network, engage directly with HNI and UHNI clients, and close high-value deals independently, contributing meaningfully to the firm’s growth in the region. Professionals joining at this stage will gain exposure to the business-building side of wealth and asset management, including client acquisition, relationship management, and driving the firm’s continued growth across markets.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a seasoned Sales Relationship Manager in Delhi.Key Responsibilities:Drive new client acquisition within the Mass Affluent, HNI, and UHNI segments through networking, referrals, outreach initiatives, and market leads.Ensure a seamless client onboarding experience, coordinating with internal operations and customer service teams to deliver efficient and high-quality client service.Participate in client financial planning and portfolio discussions, including asset allocation, understanding client requirements and risk appetite, and supporting the development of investment strategies aligned to client financial goals.Build and manage long-term client relationships within the region, focusing on client retention, engagement, and incremental AUM growth.Work towards achieving revenue targets and AUM growth, while identifying opportunities to introduce relevant public market investment solutions to clients.Support sales and client engagement initiatives, including events, outreach activities, and analytics that help strengthen client relationships and support business growth.Required Qualifications & Skills:7–15 years of experience in wealth management, retail/private banking, asset management, or related financial product selling.Familiarity and comfort with public market investment products and wealth management solutions.Demonstrated track record in financial product sales and understanding of client investment needs, with experience closing high-value deals.Degree in finance, business, investment, or a related field. Certifications such as NISM, AMFI, or similar will be an added advantage.Strong communication, relationship management, client engagement, and analytical capabilities.QualificationsProficiency in client relationship management and the ability to nurture client relationships effectivelyStrong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasivelyKnowledge of wealth, asset management and finance products, principles and practicesExperience in Sales and client onboarding including creating strategies and meeting targetsAbility to analyze markets, investment portfolios and identify growth opportunitiesMasters/Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldStrong interpersonal skills and a results-oriented mindsetPrevious work experience in financial services or advisory roles is a plus
