The Field Sales Executive will oversee building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting Fastech's products and services to meet sales targets. Responsibilities will include conducting field visits, delivering product demonstrations, managing inquiries, negotiating contracts, and providing superior customer service.QualificationsSales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to conduct customer relationship management, including follow-ups and problem-solvingKnowledge of construction equipment or related industry is preferredStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independentlyWillingness to travel within the assigned regionBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience is considered
