Do you enjoy optimizing performance, working with cutting-edge DSPs, and scaling your career fast?If yes — this role is for you.We’re looking for a Programmatic Campaign Manager to support and execute programmatic campaigns across platforms like DV360 and The Trade Desk, while working closely with senior specialists, analytics teams, and client stakeholders.What You’ll DoClient Onboarding & Account SetupSupport client onboarding by setting up partner accounts and configuring DSP platformsParticipate in onboarding and handover calls to understand campaign goals, historical setups, and client expectationsProgrammatic Campaign ExecutionAssist in setting up, executing, and managing programmatic campaigns across DSPs (primarily DV360)Ensure campaigns are aligned with client KPIs, pacing, and performance goalsPerform regular QA checks to ensure smooth deliveryOptimization & Platform ExcellenceMonitor campaigns closely and support optimization efforts to improve performanceAudit and troubleshoot campaigns to resolve delivery or performance issuesStay updated with the latest programmatic trends, features, and platform enhancementsReporting & InsightsPartner with analytics teams to deliver detailed and insightful performance reportsUse data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunitiesHelp translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for clientsCollaboration & OwnershipWork closely with account management, creative, analytics, and tech teams to ensure seamless executionAct as a bridge between offshore teams and internal stakeholdersOwn assigned tasks within the RACI framework, ensuring accountability and transparencyContinuously upskill and progress from Executive to Senior-level responsibilitiesWhat We’re Looking ForRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on programmatic media buyingHands-on experience with DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, or similar platformsStrong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and reporting toolsExcellent communication, organizational, and time-management skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentNice to HaveAdvanced understanding of DSP features, automation, and optimization strategiesPrior experience in client-facing rolesExperience collaborating with offshore or cross-functional teamsIf you're interested in this opportunity, please take a moment to fill out our Candidate Information Form to help us get to know you better.
