We work across ideation, production, and social to create content that’s engaging, relevant, and rooted in real experiences.Role DescriptionJob Role – Digital Data, Content & Operation Executive (entry Level)This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Executive/Intern located in Mumbai. The selected candidate will:Manage YouTube content (uploads, titles, descriptions, scheduling)Create and edit subtitles for video contentOrganize and maintain digital assets (footage, backups, hard drives)Manage and track hardware drives and content storage systemsMaintain inventory of camera, lighting, and production equipmentSupport production and content teams with coordination and operationsAssist in day-to-day studio and administrative tasksWho We’re Looking ForEffective Communication and Interpersonal SkillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsBasic understanding of YouTube/content platformsComfortable working with files, data, and equipmentProficiency in MS Office / Google WorkspaceWillingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environmentInterest in content creation, food, or media is a plusQualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to facilitate seamless interactions with clients and colleagues.Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to manage day-to-day office operations efficiently.Basic knowledge of Accounting and finance-related tasks is preferred.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Tools and any other office tools is a plus.Bachelor's degree is preferred.
