SwarmLens is building an Agentic AI platform that transforms how energy, construction, and industrial operations are managed and de-risked. We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Consultant to research market opportunities, map key target accounts, and arm our executive and business development teams with the strategic insights they need to close deals and scale our platform.What You’ll DoLead Generation & Qualification: Identify and engage target accounts within energy, construction, and other industrials to secure discovery calls and platform demos.Pilot Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end process of moving prospects from initial interest to /"Active Pilot/" status, ensuring a seamless handoff to the technical team.Strategic Outreach: Craft hyper-personalized outreach strategies for senior stakeholders (CTOs, Operations Leads, Risk Managers) that speak directly to their specific operational pain points.Who You AreYou possess a keen ability to understand complex, heavy industries (energy, construction, manufacturing) and the operational and risk challenges they face.Outcome-Oriented: You thrive when measured against clear KPIs—specifically, the number of qualified demos booked and pilots launched.Key Expectation: Build comprehensive market maps, deliver initial target account lists, and arm the BD team with actionable outreach data within the first 30 days.
