Both roles are identical in profile and expectation. When you join, we will agree together which side of the business you focus on, either the brand and prospect pipeline or the practitioner and partner network. The decision is made together, based on where your strengths and interests fit best.This is a campaign execution role. The founders identify targets and close deals. Your job is everything in between and in a well-run ABM motion, everything in between is where the real work happens. You build the campaign, execute every touch at the right moment with the right content, present on early-stage calls, and make sure the pipeline is always full, moving, and ready to close.If you love the craft of building a campaign that makes someone feel like you genuinely understood their situation before you ever spoke to them — this is the role.What you will doRun ABM campaigns end-to-end Take targets and build personalised, multi-touch campaigns around them. The right content, to the right person, at the right moment. Every channel in the mix — email, LinkedIn, personalised video, handwritten notes, physical mailers — is deployed at the right stage for each account. You own the campaign from first touch to booked conversation.Work with AI, not behind it AI does the research and writes the first draft of outreach, scripts, and campaign content. Your job is to make it genuinely specific, human, and worth reading — then approve it and release it. The output quality is yours. This is a genuinely exciting way to work if you have ever wished you had a brilliant research assistant who never sleeps.Present on camera Record personalised video messages that make the person watching think the video was made specifically for them — because it was. Run early-stage discovery calls and initial presentations with real confidence. Qualify the opportunity, handle early questions, and hand to the founders when it is ready to close.Keep the pipeline honest Write a complete briefing note before every founders' close call. Log every interaction in HubSpot the same day. The pipeline the founders see on Monday morning should reflect reality exactly — and when it does, good things happen quickly.What we need from you2-3 years running multi-touch B2B campaigns — ABM, outbound, or demand generation at a SaaS, consulting, or professional services firm. Experience with a real mix of channels, not just email sequences.Confident and natural on camera. You record Loom videos that make the person watching feel seen. You present on Zoom with warmth and intelligence, not a script.Strong written English. You write outreach that reads like a person, not a template. You enjoy the craft of writing something that actually gets a reply.CRM-first. HubSpot updated same day, every time. You take satisfaction in a pipeline that is clean and current.Comfortable and curious about AI tools. You review AI output critically, improve it specifically, and find the collaboration genuinely energising rather than threatening.Nice to haveFamiliarity with home furnishings, interior design, or product development. Experience producing thought leadership content for a senior executive.
