Property Inspection Data Entry (Remote)We are seeking individuals with experience in U.S. property inspection report review or quality assurance processing to assist with property inspection data entry. This remote opportunity is well suited for professionals already familiar with U.S. inspection workflows who are interested in earning additional income alongside their current role.The work involves reviewing property inspection photo sets and completing the related report fields based on the visual documentation provided.This is a contract based position paid per completed inspection with consistent monthly volume available.Typical WorkloadApproximately 400 to 600 inspections per month Most inspections include around 7 to 12 photos Work can be completed on a flexible schedule outside of regular working hoursKey ResponsibilitiesReview inspection photographs to ensure they clearly capture all relevant elements of the propertyEnter property details within the report so the information accurately reflects the photographsIdentify visible hazards or property conditions shown in the photo setVerify that reported property characteristics align with the visual documentationCommunicate clearly in writing with field inspectors to resolve questions or clarify detailsComplete sketches when required to reflect the structure layoutCompensationStandard inspections: ₹40 per completed inspectionInspections requiring a structure sketch: ₹80 per completed inspectionConsistent monthly volume availablePayments are issued through Wise international transferInitial payment will be issued during the onboarding period at 100 completed inspections, with continued standard payments issued monthly.This opportunity is best suited for professionals already familiar with U.S. inspection workflows who are looking for flexible supplemental work they can complete alongside their current position.Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseExperience with U.S. property inspection reports is requiredExperience in property inspection quality review or insurance inspection processing is preferredStrong written communication skillsBasic mathematical ability for performing measurements and simple calculationsStrong attention to detail, organization, and documentationSelf motivated with the ability to work independently and manage workload efficientlyAbility to meet deadlines while maintaining high quality workFamiliarity with U.S. property or insurance industry practices is considered an advantageApplication NotePlease include the inspection platform or reporting system you have previously worked with when applying.
