Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Chief of Staff to work closely with the Founder as a strategic and operational partner. This is a high-ownership, execution-driven role focused on driving alignment across product (website), marketing, and business operations.This role is ideal for someone with a strong finance foundation who also enjoys working across functions in a fast-paced FinTech startup environment.Compensation₹6 Lakhs - ₹8 Lakhs per annum (based on experience)3. Key ResponsibilitiesFounder Support & ExecutionTranslate strategic priorities into clear execution plansTrack weekly goals, metrics, and deliverablesSupport decision-making through structured analysis and reportingProduct & Financial Logic CoordinationWork with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of financial modelsValidate financial outputs, assumptions, and logic within the productBridge the gap between finance, product, and engineeringMarketing & Growth CoordinationCoordinate with marketing teams/agencies on campaigns and initiativesTrack performance metrics and support growth experimentsAnalytics & InsightsMonitor key business and product metrics (user growth, conversion, churn)Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations4.
