Job Title: CyberArk Senior Manager / Associate Director – IAM (PAM)Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad Experience: 6+ Years Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days PreferredRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced CyberArk professional for a Senior Manager / Associate Director role within Identity & Access Management (IAM), specializing in Privileged Access Management (PAM). The role involves leading end-to-end CyberArk implementations, driving PAM strategy, and managing enterprise-scale security programs.Key ResponsibilitiesLead design, architecture, and deployment of CyberArk PAM solutions across enterprise environmentsManage end-to-end implementation of CyberArk components (Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PTA)Drive Privileged Access Management (PAM) strategy, governance, and roadmapIntegrate CyberArk with cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and third-party toolsWork on Oasis Security solutions and ensure alignment with modern identity security frameworksDefine and implement access control policies, credential management, and session monitoringLead risk assessments, audits, and compliance initiatives related to IAM/PAMCollaborate with stakeholders across security, infrastructure, and application teamsMentor and manage teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to timelinesProvide advisory on Zero Trust, Identity Security, and Privileged Access governanceRequired Skills & ExpertiseStrong hands-on experience in CyberArk PAM suiteProven experience in Oasis Security platform (or similar identity security solutions)Deep understanding of IAM concepts, PAM frameworks, and security best practicesExperience with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and hybrid architecturesKnowledge of SIEM, SOAR, EDR integrationsFamiliarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.Strong stakeholder management and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsCyberArk certifications (e.g., Defender/Sentry)Experience in large-scale enterprise implementationsExposure to Zero Trust Architecture and Identity Governance (IGA)Leadership experience managing teams and client engagementsSoft SkillsStrong leadership and team management capabilitiesExcellent problem-solving and analytical thinkingAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritiesStrong client-facing and consulting skills
