Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Artist Manager located in Delhi, India. The role involves working closely with clients, artists, clients, internal teams to manage end-to-end sales processes , from lead generation to deal closure and execution. Additional responsibilities include fostering artist relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and navigating industry networks to promote success and visibility for the talent represented. Qualifications Strong organizational, scheduling, and management skills to effectively coordinate artist calendars and commitments.Experience in contract negotiation, event planning, and public relations within the entertainment industry.Networking and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and clients.Proficient understanding of marketing, branding, and social media strategies to enhance artist visibility and engagement.Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—and the ability to advocate effectively on behalf of artists.Flexibility to work in dynamic and fast-paced environments with a solution-oriented approach.Previous experience in artist management or the entertainment industry is required.A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, arts management, or a related field is preferred.
