Arthawave Wealth Management is actively building its capital markets and primary market advisory platform, and we are looking to onboard a SEBI-registered Merchant Banker to play a key role in leading and executing transactions.This is an opportunity to be part of a growing advisory firm where you will work directly on IPO mandates, capital raises, and strategic transactions, with strong client exposure.Location: MumbaiRole: Merchant Banker (Full-Time)Role OverviewAs a Merchant Banker at Arthawave, you will be responsible for end-to-end execution of capital market transactions, working closely with promoters, founders, and institutional stakeholders. You will be involved from deal origination and structuring to execution and closure, contributing to the growth of our primary market practice.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute IPO / FPO / rights issues / preferential & Warrant issues and capital market transactions.Advise clients on equity fundraising strategy, valuation, and deal structuring.Manage the IPO lifecycle, including DRHP/RHP preparation, SEBI filings, and regulatory compliance.Coordinate with merchant bankers, legal counsel, auditors, registrars, and other intermediaries.Drive due diligence processes and ensure accuracy and completeness of disclosures.Support investor roadshows, pricing discussions, and market positioning.Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, HNIs, and market participants.Contribute to deal origination and business development efforts.Who We’re Looking ForSEBI Merchant Banker License is mandatory.3–7+ years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, or merchant banking.Proven experience in handling IPO / capital market transactions end-to-end.Strong understanding of SEBI regulations, compliance frameworks, and listing requirements.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex transactions.Strong network across investors, intermediaries, and the financial ecosystem.Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution capabilities.Why Join ArthawaveWork on live, execution-focused IPO and capital market mandates.Strong client interaction and exposure to key decision-makers.Opportunity to be part of a growing capital markets platform.Work in a lean, high-performance environment with strong learning and growth.Exposure to promoters, founders, and institutional investors across sectors.
