Company DescriptionModern Quests is a premium omni-channel retailer that sells lifestyle products and homeware items to the affluent Indian customers. We have a strong online customer base and also multiple retail stores in Delhi/NCR. We ship orders to more than 1000 cities within India and stock more than 5000 products at our warehouse. This is a great learning role to work for the customer care team to handle online customers.LocationMohan Co-operative Industrial Estate, Badarpur BorderRole Description1. Resolving customer queries and concerns via Phone, E-mail, WhatsApp or Social Media2. Tracking outbound shipments and coordinate with our courier partners to ensure they get delivered on time.3. Maintaining records of all complaints and monitoring their status using our Help Desk platform4. Handling returns, exchanges, damages and order related tickets through our Returns Portal5. Tracking existing return shipments and communicating with delivery partners to resolve challenges6. Understanding our wide range of products and brands to be able to answer product related questionsQualifications1. Minimum Bachelors Degree from a reputed university2. Fluency in speaking and writing English3. Minimum 2 years of experience in customer care for retail or e-commerce4. Strong written and verbal communication skills5. Previous experience working with MS Excel or Google Sheets6. An accommodating attitude to handle customer queries professionallyPlease Note1.
