This role is critical for supporting global Contact Center (CC) initiatives, including the modernization of legacy IVR systems into intelligent conversational AI platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and integrate voice-enabled AI solutions that enhance customer experiences for high-volume enterprise clients,Designation: Conversational AI Engineer / CCAI Voice AI Engineer Location: RemoteEmployment Type: Full Time Key Responsibilities:Conversation Flow Design & Modeling: Design and implement conversation flows in Dialogflow CX, including entity modeling, intent modeling, and multi-turn dialog management to create seamless, natural user interactions.Solution Scoping & Discovery: Lead discovery sessions to assess client needs, scope out modernization strategies for legacy IVR systems, and architect transitions to CCAI-based conversational routing and AI solutions.Integration & Architecture: Build backend architectures for CCAI solutions, integrating telephony systems (e.g., CXone or Cisco), speech-to-text (STT), and text-to-speech (TTS) components. Ensure robust integration with internal tech stacks like LLM Studio and Stormy.AI Enhancement: Leverage Vertex AI and LLMs for advanced reasoning, response generation, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) capabilities layered on top of Dialogflow CX to enable intelligent, context-aware interactions.Problem Solving & Implementation: Troubleshoot complex issues in voice AI deployments, conduct enterprise-level implementations (aim for 2–3 prior projects), and demonstrate solutions in client-facing scenarios.Collaboration: Work closely with solution architects, developers, and client teams to prototype, test, and deploy CCAI solutions.
