Role SummaryWe are looking for a Project Manager who can manage product development and ensure timely delivery of features. In this role, you will not only handle projects but also support product planning and decision-making. You will work closely with engineering, QA, design, and leadership teams to deliver high-quality features that meet business and customer needs.Key ResponsibilitiesProject ExecutionManage end-to-end delivery of features for web and mobile applicationsDefine scope, timelines, and milestonesRun sprint planning, standups, and track releasesEnsure projects are delivered on time with good qualityIdentify risks and resolve issues earlyProduct CollaborationWork with product and leadership teams to refine requirementsHelp prioritize features based on impact and timelinesEnsure clear documentation before development startsValidate that features meet user and business needsQA & ProcessEnsure proper QA processes are followedMake sure test cases are covered and bugs are logged clearlyEnsure features are tested before releaseCoordinate between QA and development teamsTeam CoordinationAct as a bridge between Engineering, QA, Product, and Support teamsKeep teams aligned on priorities and timelinesShare updates on progress, risks, and delaysReportingTrack sprint progress and release statusMonitor bugs and quality metricsMaintain visibility of all ongoing projectsRequirementsMust Have3–7 years of experience in Project Management (SaaS or software development)Basic experience or exposure to Product ManagementKnowledge of Agile / Scrum and SDLCExperience handling web and mobile projectsGood communication and organizational skillsGood to HaveExperience in workforce or operations-based softwareFamiliarity with tools like Jira, ClickUp, or AsanaAbility to write user stories or product requirementsData-driven thinking
