Job Details- Designation- Payroll OfficerExp- 3-8 yrsMode of work- RemoteType of Employment- Contract for 1 year (possible extension) Shift- APAC (7 AM- 4 PM)Skills and Experience-• Experience using payroll/HR systems with ability to demonstrate how they are utilized.• Solid experience in dealing with a wide range of payroll issues within a diverse businessenvironment.• Ability to understand and interpret awards, enterprise agreements and other contracts ofemployment and awards.• Intermediate to advance experience of using Microsoft Word and Excel.• Knowledge of the accounts payable process.• Knowledge of general account procedures.• Proficient in data entry and time management.• Strong analytical skills.• Highly skilled at establishing and maintaining productive working relationships with stakeholdersand service providers.• Excellent written and oral communication skills.• Strong attention to detail and work ethic.• Ability to meet strict deadlines whilst working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.• Ability to embrace learning and development opportunities, adapt to change, and strive forcontinuous improvement.• Understands diversity and identifies and values individual differences.
