Zelo Finance | SME FinancingZelo Finance is a fast‑growing fintech enabling SMEs to unlock working capital through invoice financing, bank guarantee financing, and embedded finance solutions. We are looking for a Credit Analyst (Remote) to support our credit and underwriting team by independently reviewing SME financing cases and preparing high‑quality credit analysis memos.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and analyse SME financing cases including invoice discounting, contract‑based financing, and bank guarantee‑linked exposuresPerform financial statement analysis, cash flow assessment, and working capital cycle reviewAssess counterparty risk, contract quality, invoice validity, and collection visibilityPrepare structured Credit Analysis Memos covering:Business model and operating profileRevenue and cost structureCustomer concentration and payment behaviourBalance sheet strength and leverageKey risks and mitigantsValidate supporting documentation (contracts, invoices, IPCs, approvals, bank statements, etc.)Highlight key credit risks, assumptions, and recommendation rationale clearly and conciselyWork closely with the Zelo Credit & Operations team to support faster, well‑reasoned credit decisionsMaintain strong documentation and audit‑ready analysis standards aligned with internal policies 2. What We’re Looking For3-5 years of experience (min. 3 years) in credit analysis, underwriting, SME financing, fintech lendingStrong understanding of:Financial statements and cash flow dynamicsWorking capital financing and trade‑linked exposuresSME business models (contracting, services, trading, manpower, infrastructure, etc.)Ability to independently assess real‑world credit risk, not just ratiosExperience preparing or reviewing credit memos / investment notes / underwriting notesHigh attention to detail with clear, structured written communicationComfortable working remotely with fast turnaround expectationsPrior experience in fintech, NBFCs, banks, or alternative lenders is a plus3.
