ob Title: Factory HR – JaipurLocation: JaipurDepartment: Human ResourcesRole PurposeTo manage end-to-end HR operations at the Jaipur manufacturing unit, ensuring smooth workforce management, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and alignment with GIVA’s culture and business goals.Key Responsibilities1. Workforce Management & Operations* Manage shopfloor workforce (skilled, semi-skilled, and contractual employees)* Handle attendance, shift planning, leave management, and overtime tracking* Ensure manpower availability as per production plans2. Recruitment & Onboarding* Drive hiring for factory roles (artisans, operators, helpers, supervisors)* Manage contractor workforce onboarding and documentation* Ensure smooth induction and joining formalities3. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling* Act as the first point of contact for all employee concerns on the shopfloor* Maintain harmonious industrial relations and discipline* Address grievances proactively and ensure timely resolution4. Compliance & Statutory Requirements* Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws (PF, ESIC, CLRA, Shops & Establishment, etc.)* Maintain registers, records, and audit readiness* Coordinate with external agencies and inspectors when required5. Payroll Inputs & HR Operations* Validate attendance, leaves, and overtime inputs for payroll* Maintain employee records and HR MIS* Ensure accuracy in documentation and reporting6. Employee Engagement & Welfare* Drive engagement initiatives for factory employees* Manage welfare activities (canteen, transport, facilities, etc.)* Promote GIVA’s culture and values on the shopfloor7. EHS & Workplace Safety* Partner with EHS teams to ensure a safe working environment* Support implementation of safety policies and practices* Drive awareness programs and trainings on safetyKey Skills & Competencies* Strong understanding of labour laws and factory compliance* Experience in managing blue-collar workforce* Good interpersonal and conflict resolution skills* High ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced environment* Strong coordination and stakeholder managementExperience & Qualification* 5–8 years of HR experience in manufacturing/factory setup* MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification* Experience in jewelry/textile/light manufacturing industry preferred
