This is a pure performance role — no salary, no retainer, no cap on earnings. You bring the conversations; we provide everything else.You will be responsible for identifying and nurturing prospects within your own network or through self-generated leads, presenting ISFT's programmes compellingly, and closing enrolments. There is no fixed salary, no retainer, and no advance payment. You are responsible for your own lead generation. Payment is made on conversion only, after fee receipt is confirmed.
