You’ll work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the founders and gain valuable experience in driving the success and growth of our company. This role is designed for a recent graduate or entry-level candidate who is ready to contribute to sales strategy, tactical activities, and cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a hunter mentality who can take the initiative to prospect into their accounts and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: • Prospect, qualify, and educate target accounts to create sales-ready leads and opportunities.• Interact with and nurture prospects via phone, LinkedIn and email.• Contribute to the development and execution of effective sales strategies to crush client acquisition goals.• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of our client acquisition efforts.• Team up with sales, marketing, and project management to achieve shared goals.• Gain hands-on experience with industry-leading sales tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoho CRM and many others.What You’ll Bring to The Table: • Recent graduates with up to 3 years of experience (preferably in B2B sales development or BD)• Passion and ability to hunt new business and manage a pipeline• Entrepreneurial spirit highly encouraged• Good communication and interpersonal skills• Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges and changing priorities• Basic knowledge of sales tools and processes is a plusPerks: • Uncapped incentive structure - no limit to your compensation• Sharp, motivated co-workers with a fun office environment• Strong emphasis on work-life balance; progressive work culture• Work directly with the founders to shape strategic direction of a high-growth startup
