PERFORMANCE MARKETING MANAGER – Premium Real Estate (Paid Media Specialist)We are launching a focused real estate venture- SQUAREWISE REALTOR representing premium high-rise projects from reputed developers such as Gaur Group, ACE Group, and El deco Group.We are looking for a serious paid media professional who understands how to generate high-intent property leads - not just cheap clicks.This role is strictly focused on paid advertising strategy and execution.You will not be responsible for sales conversions or booking closures.You will be solely responsible to build, manage, and optimize high-quality lead generation campaigns.Your Core Responsibilities• End-to-end ownership of paid media campaigns• Planning, executing, and scaling campaigns across:• Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads)• Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)• LinkedIn Ads (Investor & HNI targeting)• Property platforms (99acres, Housing, etc.)• Campaign structuring for premium projects• Audience research & targeting strategy• Creative testing and performance optimization• Budget allocation and scaling strategy• CPL optimization while maintaining lead quality• Weekly performance reporting & data analysis• Working closely with internal sales team for feedback on lead qualityWho This Role Is For• 4–7 years of hands-on performance marketing experience• Strong experience running real estate paid campaigns• Proven track record of generating property leads (mid to premium segment preferred)• Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager• Strong analytical mindset and comfort with data• Ability to manage and scale ad budgets confidentlyWhat We Value• Structured campaign thinking• ROI-driven mindset• Aggressive testing & scaling ability• Ownership and accountabilityThis is a high-impact role in a growing premium real estate setup.We are looking for someone who treats paid media as a growth engine — not just an ad dashboard.
