Department: International Business Location: Delhi NCR Company: Manarti Exports About the Role: Manarti Exports is looking for a dynamic, target-driven International Sales & Marketing Associate to expand our global footprint and develop new business opportunities across international markets. The role focuses on export sales, lead generation, global client acquisition, and international market expansion. This opportunity is ideal for candidates interested in international trade, export marketing, B2B sales, global business development, and overseas client handling. Key Role: Identify and develop new international markets for medical & healthcare products Execute B2B lead generation strategies via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, trade portals (Alibaba, IndiaMART, TradeIndia), and international databases Manage international client communication (email marketing, cold outreach, virtual meetings, negotiation) Prepare Quotations, Proforma Invoices (PI), Commercial Invoices, and coordinate order processing Handle export documentation (LC, IEC, shipping documents, customs coordination) Conduct international market research & competitor analysis Maintain CRM database and ensure regular follow-ups for repeat export orders Participate in international medical exhibitions, trade fairs & global expos Achieve monthly & quarterly export sales targets and revenue goals Key Skills and Qualification: MBA / BBA in International Business, Marketing, Export Management, or Global Trade Strong command over Business English (written & verbal communication) Knowledge of Export Procedures, International Trade Regulations & Documentation Skills in B2B Sales, International Negotiation & Presentation Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), CRM Software, Email Marketing Tools Ability to work independently in a target-oriented environment Experience: Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply 0–2 years of experience in International Sales / Export Marketing / Global Business Development preferred Experience in Pharma Export, Medical Devices Export, Healthcare Products Export will be an added advantage
