We are seeking a skilled Magento Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience working with Magento 2 , developing and integrating APIs, and ensuring seamless communication between Magento and Front end of the store. Candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust API solutions to enhance our eCommerce platform. Key Responsibilities: Develop, integrate, and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs for Magento 2. Work with third-party services and APIs to ensure seamless data exchange. Optimize API performance and security for better scalability. Troubleshoot and debug API-related issues. Customize and extend Magento API functionalities based on business needs. Collaborate with frontend to deliver a seamless eCommerce experience. Maintain API documentation and best practices. Ensure compliance with industry security standards and best practices. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in Magento 2 development, with a focus on API integrations. Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript . Experience with Magento Web APIs, RESTful, and GraphQL APIs . Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, and authentication mechanisms . Knowledge of Magento’s EAV database structure and custom module development. Experience with third-party API integrations (e.g., payment gateways, shipping services, ERP, CRM, PIM, etc.) . Proficiency in Git version control and CI/CD workflows. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills: Magento Adobe Commerce (Enterprise Edition) experience. Knowledge of headless Magento and PWA Studio . Experience working with GraphQL queries and mutations . Understanding of Magento’s event-driven architecture . Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment . Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred). Magento 2 Certified Developer (a plus).
