Role Description We are looking for a senior professional who can scale our online revenue and drive aggressive growth across marketplaces and quick commerce platforms. This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Senior E-commerce & Quick Commerce Growth Manager. The role involves strategizing and executing growth plans for e-commerce and quick commerce channels to achieve business targets. The E-commerce & Quick Commerce Growth Manager will be responsible for driving online sales, managing marketplace growth strategies, and expanding our presence across leading online platforms. This role focuses on revenue growth, marketplace performance, and strategic execution. Key Responsibilities E-commerce Marketplace Growth Drive sales growth across Amazon and Flipkart marketplaces Plan campaigns, deals, promotions, and pricing strategies Monitor conversion rates, sales analytics, and category trends Quick Commerce Growth Manage and grow sales on quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and Zepto Coordinate with platform account managers for visibility and growth initiatives Plan promotions and inventory strategies for quick commerce channels Sales & Performance Management Track revenue targets and marketplace performance Identify growth opportunities and optimize product visibility Work closely with internal teams managing catalog and operations Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills Proven experience in Sales and business development Project Management expertise, including the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines Proficiency in using Analytics tools to measure and improve performance Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving business growth targets Relevant experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, or related fields Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field; MBA is a plus 4–8 years experience in FMCG / food / grocery e-commerce Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, and quick commerce platforms Strong understanding of online sales growth strategies Compensation Salary up to ₹20 LPA depending on experience 6-figure monthly fixed salary possible for strong candidates Performance-based incentives Location Delhi NCR
