Job Title : Assistant Manager - BTL ActivationsLocation : Mumbai Years of experience : 2-3 Years Job Purpose: To ensure marketing through digital channels, in order to drive sales.Key Responsibilities: · Plan and execute BTL and shopper marketing activations across all salon and retail outlets.Drive customer engagement through year-round on-ground activations across targeted catchment areas.Develop and manage strategic alliances and partnerships with brands to enhance footfalls, conversions, and average ticket size.Organize and manage BTL activities including roadshows, exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and in-store promotions.Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as pamphlets, brochures, and handbills.Ensure seamless planning and execution of all ground activations and promotional campaigns.Manage brand promotions, sponsorships, collaborations, and product/service launches.Continuously ideate and implement innovative marketing initiatives to strengthen brand recall and visibility.Define campaign guidelines and ensure adherence to brand and project briefs.Conduct mystery market visits and audits (both qualitative and quantitative) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and store-level execution.Requirements2–3 years of experience in BTL marketing or on-ground activations.Mandatory experience in Retail, FMCG, or Direct Sales industries.Strong project management and execution skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
