About companyBKC School is building India’s first finance institution designed entirely around one question: what does it actually take to produce a great finance professional? Not a degree-holder. Not a placement statistic. A practitioner — someone who can walk into a room on Day 1 and own the problem in front of them. We are co-building this institution alongside the CEOs, fund managers, and dealmakers who will hire our graduates, designing every course, every simulation, and every assessment backwards from the job. If you have ever believed that education could be done right — this is that opportunityAbout the RoleWe are looking for a high-agency operator to work closely with the founder and help drive a wide range of new initiatives. This role is for someone who enjoys solving messy, ambiguous problems and figuring out how to make things happen from scratch.Many of the projects you will work on will not have clear playbooks.
