At Pocket FM, teams are encouraged to think boldly, move with intent, and build for long-term impact as we shape the future of audio-first storytelling worldwide.You’ll be solving for one of these problem statements:End-to-End Implementation: Lead full-lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors deployments, from stakeholder requirements to global go-liveWorkflow Optimization: Convert complex HR processes into streamlined functional configurations to maximize system efficiencyQuality Assurance: Execute rigorous functional testing and defect resolution to ensure peak system performanceTechnical Integration: Architect seamless data flows between SuccessFactors and external Payroll, Finance, and ERP systemsAdvanced Analytics: Develop custom reports and dashboards that transform HR data into actionable business intelligenceSecurity & Compliance: Manage Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and data privacy standards to ensure global regulatory complianceOperational Support: Drive post-production stability, managing semi-annual feature releases and complex troubleshootingHere’s what we are looking for:Hands-on experience in SuccessFactors, specifically in employee central module.Strong understanding of HR processesExperience with integrationsKnowledge of data migration and reporting toolsGood communication and stakeholder management skills
