Objective of the role:Relationship Manager acts as the primary liaison between property developers/agencies and clients, driving sales by managing portfolios, conducting site visits, and negotiating deals.Opening is for Mira-Bhayander Location.Only Mumbai, Thane candidates are preferred. Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound/outbound leads, understand client needs, and nurture long-term relationships to foster repeat business.Drive property bookings, conduct negotiations, and close deals while achieving monthly targets.Manage the end-to-end sales process, including coordinating with legal, finance, and technical teams for documentation and booking.Conduct site visits, virtual tours, and walkthroughs, providing detailed information on property features.Maintain accurate records of all interactions, site visits, and follow-ups in the CRM system.Analyze clients' data and provide strategic recommendations to clientsPresent value-proposition to sales leads and current customersProspect for new sales leads and close sales Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Real Estate preferred.2-5 years' of client relationship experience is must.Ability to manage multiple projects and clients.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
