Combine a rewarding specialist career with an exceptional lifestyle in a tropical island setting.Need to relocate to one of the paradise islands in the CaribbeanKey ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and manage all forms of glaucoma, including primary, secondary, and complex casesPerform comprehensive ophthalmic examinations and interpret advanced diagnostic tests (OCT, visual fields, gonioscopy)Provide medical, laser, and surgical treatment for glaucoma patientsPerform glaucoma-related procedures and surgeries in accordance with best clinical practicesDevelop individualized treatment and follow-up plans for patientsCollaborate with other ophthalmologists, optometrists, and healthcare professionalsMaintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with clinical standardsEducate patients and families on disease management and preventive eye careParticipate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and case discussionsStay current with advancements in glaucoma management through continuing medical educationQualificationsMD / MS / DNB in Ophthalmology from a recognized institutionMinimum of 1–3 years of post-specialization experience in glaucoma careNo Need for a valid medical license (or eligibility for licensure in the Caribbean).
