⸻Hiring: Performance Marketing Manager (D2C Ecommerce)Location: Delhi Company: Crockery Wala & Company CTC: ₹8–15 LPA (Performance Linked)⸻About UsCrockery Wala & Company is a premium metalware brand specializing in pure brass, copper, bronze, and steel dining & kitchen products. We are a profitable ₹6 Cr revenue brand scaling aggressively toward ₹12+ Cr in the next phase.We are now building a serious performance-driven D2C growth engine.⸻Role ObjectiveTake our website revenue from ~₹5L/month to ₹30L/month within 12 months through structured paid performance marketing.This is a growth role, not a social media role.⸻Key Responsibilities • Manage and scale Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads • Manage Google Ads (Search + Shopping) • Plan and execute creative testing strategy • Track CAC, ROAS, LTV, AOV • Improve website conversion rate (Shopify) • Build retargeting & remarketing funnels • Launch revenue-focused campaigns (not vanity campaigns) • Create weekly performance dashboards⸻✅ Must Have • 3–5 years D2C performance marketing experience • Managed ₹15L+/month ad budgets • Proven experience scaling ecommerce brands • Strong understanding of conversion funnels • Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager • Shopify familiarity • Data-driven decision-making mindset⸻❌ Not For • Social media managers focused only on engagement • Influencer-only marketers • Freshers or interns • Brand awareness specialists without performance background⸻KPIs • Revenue growth month-on-month • CAC reduction • ROAS improvement • AOV improvement • Structured scaling roadmap executionPerformance-based incentives will be part of compensation.⸻Why Join Us? • Direct reporting to founder • Fast decision-making • Real growth responsibility • Opportunity to build D2C engine from scratch • Performance-linked upside⸻To Apply: DM directly or email your resume with: 1.
