The role involves working with actuarial, data, and IT teams to build and optimize pricing models, handle data pipelines, and integrate Earnix with enterprise systems using APIs. Requires strong skills in Python, data handling, and a solid understanding of P&C insurance pricing, along with experience in deployment, testing, and production support.Role & Responsibilities:Provide technical support for Earnix configuration, customization, and integration with enterprise pricing systems and workflowsCollaborate with actuarial, data, and IT teams to design and implement architecture supporting pricing and rating processesWork with solution architects and system engineers to optimize end-to-end pricing lifecycle, including data ingestion, model deployment, and monitoringDevelop, enhance, and maintain Earnix-based pricing models and decisioning systemsEnsure performance, scalability, and reliability of Earnix solutions in production environmentsSupport integration with upstream/downstream systems (e.g., policy admin systems, data warehouses, APIs)Participate in testing, validation, and deployment of pricing modelsTroubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues in pricing applicationsContribute to best practices, documentation, and governance for pricing systems and actuarial processesCandidate Profile:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field5+ years of experience in insurance technology or pricing systems developmentPrior experience in Earnix implementation projects is highly preferredStrong experience with platforms like Earnix (configuration, modeling, deployment)Proficiency in Python and data handling for large datasetsExperience with APIs, system integration, and microservices architectureKnowledge of cloud platforms is a plusKnowledge of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data modelingSolid understanding of P&C insurance pricing and underwriting processesExposure to actuarial modeling, rating algorithms, and risk segmentationFamiliarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in insurance pricingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively in cross-functional teamsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsDetail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
