As we accelerate our global expansion, you’ll have the unique opportunity to grow your career in tandem with the company, driving innovation and shaping a healthier, more equitable, and resilient future.Job title: Sales Manager, Healthcare BU Job Responsibilities:• Lead and manage your region’s commercial and sales teams, ensuring high performance and alignment with business goals.• Take full ownership for achieving and exceeding sales targets.• Collaborate with key account managers, and distributors to develop annual, quarterly, and monthly sales forecasts.• Establish and maintain robust sales operations infrastructure; drive recurring processes such as territory alignment, target setting, monthly sales reporting, and sales forecasting.• Produce regular sales performance reports and communicate results to Esco’s senior leadership team.• Develop and implement analytical tools to identify regional sales challenges and corrective actions.• Identify training needs and implement effective programs to enhance sales skills, technical proficiency, and overall effectiveness.• Work collaboratively with regional peers and the executive team to implement standard procedures, policies, and processes.• Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and product management teams to influence product development based on customer and market insights.• Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive strategies to influence business decisions and optimize product positioning.• Hands-on experience with aseptic isolators and other life science instruments to support technical sales and customer demonstrations.Requirements:• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the life sciences tools, reagents, or equipment market, preferably with hands-on experience in aseptic isolators.• Strong understanding of sales operations and systems (sales cycle, sales methodology, CRM applications, reporting, forecasting, territory management, and sales quotas).• Proven track record in developing sales tools, education, and training programs to improve sales and technical capabilities.• Technical expertise to manage pipeline generation, business opportunity leads, and strategic product sales to both new and existing customers.• Ability to integrate customer insights into product requirements, portfolio strategies, and business recommendations.• Strong leadership skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.• Degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Material Sciences, or Engineering or any related skills.• Ability to collaborate with multinational and cross-functional matrix teams.• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
