Required Qualifications & ExperienceEducationBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field MBA (preferred but not mandatory)ExperienceMinimum 4+ years of experience in B2B Inside Sales / Business DevelopmentProven experience selling to US, Canadian markets from IndiaBackground in IT services, SaaS, or software sales is mandatoryEssential technical skillsStrong expertise in outbound sales (cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach)Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, etc.)Experience using sales engagement tools (Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)Ability to manage end-to-end sales cycle (lead generation to closure)Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and international marketsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsPreferred Experience in SaaS/product-based sales (highly preferred)Exposure to proposal writing, RFPs, and contract negotiationsUnderstanding of digital transformation, software development, or tech solutionsExperience working in US/Europe time zones or global sales environmentsE.
