The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with a variety of speech, language, voice, and communication disorders. Key responsibilities include developing personalized treatment plans, providing therapy, monitoring progress, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of specialists to deliver holistic care. The role also involves supporting families, providing resources, and ensuring optimal outcomes for children and their developmental needs.QualificationsBASLP/MASLP Proficiency in Speech Therapy and addressing Speech DisordersExperience managing and treating Language and Communication DisordersKnowledge of assessment and intervention strategies for DysphagiaFamiliarity with various Communication and Language Disorders, and their managementStrong interpersonal and family counselling communication skillsExperience in teletherapy Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language PathologistPrevious experience working with children with neurodevelopmental conditions is must
