Job Title: Air Ticketing Associate (Amadeus Expert)Location: Okhla DelhiExperience: Minimum 2-4 years.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Ticketing Executive located in Okhla Delhi. The Ticketing Executive will be responsible for assisting customers with ticket reservations, processing ticket sales, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring accurate and efficient booking processes. The role requires close collaboration with the sales and customer service teams to meet organisational goals and enhance customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle international and domestic flight ticket bookings and reissuesManage fare calculations, refunds, cancellations, and amendmentsWorking Experience with Amadeus GDS system for reservations and ticketingCoordinate with airlines and travel partners for ticketing requirementsAssist the sales and operations teams with flight options and fare quotationsEnsure accuracy in ticket issuance and documentationQualificationsProficiency in Ticket Sales and Reservations processesStrong Communication and Customer Service skillsAbility to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentBasic understanding of sales principles and practicesDetail-oriented with excellent organisational and problem-solving abilitiesMinimum 2 years of experience in airline ticketing within a travel agency or tour operatorA bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in travel, hospitality, or a related field is preferredIf you have a passion for travel and strong expertise in airline ticketing, we’d love to hear from you.
