This position acts as the crucial link between business stakeholders and talent marketing activities, ensuring data integrity while driving process efficiency through advanced analytics and sophisticated dashboarding.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvanced Excel & Google Sheets Architecture: Build and maintain sophisticated workbooks and data models to handle information from diverse sources, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, ATS, and CRM platforms.Data Transformation: Utilize advanced Excel functions and Power Query for deep-dive data transformation and cleansing to ensure accuracy for downstream reporting.Workflow Automation: Champion process optimization by leveraging Google Apps Script to automate manual workflows and minimize intervention in reporting cycles.System Integration: Use Apps Script to create custom connections between Google Workspace tools and external data platforms like BigQuery.Business Intelligence: Design and develop robust, interactive dashboards using Looker Studio and Domo, optimizing them for clarity and user adoption.Ads Reporting & ROI: Manage hands-on reporting for Google and Meta Ads, advising on budget allocation across different channels to maximize ROI.Business Analysis: Act as the Business Analyst for data projects, defining requirements and managing expectations via JIRA to align technical delivery with business needs.Data Integrity & Governance: Implement strict data validation, error-trapping logic, and governance frameworks to ensure models remain functional and compliant.Essential Qualifications & ExpertiseAdvanced Data Modeling: Proven expertise in Advanced Excel Architecture, Google Sheets, and data modeling techniques.Automation & Scripting: Strong proficiency in Google Apps Script (or similar tools) for process automation and the integration of AI to drive efficiency.Technical Querying: Proficiency in SQL for query writing, data transformation, and deep-dive analysis.Data Visualization: Hands-on experience with Looker Studio and Domo for creating complex business intelligence reports.Ad Tech Mastery: Practical experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and ad management platforms (e.g., Indeed/Joveo).Data Infrastructure: Familiarity with GCP (Google Cloud Platform) and BigQuery for data ingestion and storage.CRM Knowledge: Strong familiarity with working in CRM environments to build reports and dashboards.Cross-functional Collaboration: Experience communicating with marketing and technology teams to ensure consistent data definitions and shared goals.
