We wholeheartedly believe in the philosophy of doing well by doing good, and we seek opportunities to provide service to our clients and our community by advancing the cause of immigrants.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a talented Legal/Technical Writer with a strong legal foundation and the ability to craft persuasive, research-driven content. In this role, you will analyze client evidence, conduct focused legal research, and create compelling memoranda and petition support materials especially for EB-1A and EB-2 National Interest Waiver cases.Key ResponsibilitiesCraft persuasive, well‑structured legal arguments translating complex scientific and professional jargon into understandable and persuasive content.Work together with the attorney and paralegal as a team to develop a strategy for each case in order to evaluate, research, analyze and draft successful Petitions and Applications.Collaborate in scheduled check‑ins with team leads to discuss case status and progress.Produce polished, detailed Petition Support Letters (PSLs) that capture client expertise, achievements, and impact.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Law, Journalism, or a related field or equivalent experience.2+ years of professional technical or persuasive writing experience in English.Strong analytical ability to interpret complex legal, scientific, technical documents and craft clear strong arguments.Excellent research and information‑synthesis skills.Work Environment100% remote — ideal for focused, independent workers.Reports to: Writing Department CoordinatorWorks closely with: Legal/Technical Writers & Team LeadsApplication process:(Colombo & Hurd:) Resume reviewRequest for Brief Video Introduction and Writing workInterview with Colombo & Hurd Leadership Team(Colombo & Hurd:) OfferCompensation: US $1400 per monthWhy Join Us?You'll play a key role in helping individuals advance their careers and lives through immigration.
