We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Lead Generation Associate to support our sales team by identifying potential prospects and gathering essential contact information. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in warming up leads, expanding our outreach efforts, and facilitating client engagement.Freshers to 1 year experienced can apply for this role.  Roles and ResponsibilitiesLead Nurturing & Engagement:Engage with potential leads to build rapport and create interest in our services.Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure sustained interest and improved conversion rates.Contact Information Acquisition:Develop innovative and ethical strategies to obtain phone numbers of friends, acquaintances, and professional connections.Reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails, or other communication channels.Present the company's services in a clear and compelling manner, highlighting key benefits and value propositions.Address initial client queries and provide relevant information to generate interest.Email Collection & Database Management:Gather and organize email addresses of potential prospects to support the sales outreach process.Ensure the collected data is accurate, relevant, and updated in the CRM system.Social Media Outreach & Client Engagement:Connect with existing clients on social media platforms to strengthen relationships and explore potential referrals.Introduce and pitch our services to mutual connections, effectively expanding our network.Prospect Identification & Data Collection:Conduct research to identify potential leads across various channels.Build and maintain a database of prospective clients to support business development initiatives.Database Management & Outreach:Access and review the received database to identify potential clients.Ensure proper documentation and organization of client information before initiating contact.Lead Qualification & Handover:Assess client interest and eligibility based on predefined criteria.Document key client details and discussion outcomes.Transfer qualified leads to the sales team for further follow-up and conversion.Collaboration & Reporting:Maintain seamless communication with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.Provide regular reports on outreach activities, client responses, and lead status.Continuous Improvement:Gather client feedback during initial interactions to improve pitch effectiveness.Suggest process improvements to enhance lead conversion rates. Requirements:Strong communication and networking abilities.Ability to think creatively and strategically for lead generation.Proficiency in using social media platforms for professional outreach.Basic understanding of CRM systems and data management.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
