The Production and Quality Manager will oversee daily production activities, ensure adherence to quality standards, and manage teams to optimize efficiency. Responsibilities include implementing quality control measures, analyzing production processes, monitoring compliance with safety and quality guidelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet production goals efficiently.QualificationsProven experience in production management, quality control, and process improvementStrong leadership and team management skillsKnowledge of quality assurance systems, production planning, and monitoring toolsAnalytical and problem-solving abilities to ensure continuous performance improvementsExcellent organizational, communication, and time management skillsFamiliarity with regulatory and safety compliance in production processesBachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field preferredExperience in manufacturing, industrial production, or related sectors is beneficial
