As Senior Project Manager on the Egnyte Professional Services team, you would be responsible for planning and overseeing multiple customer projects to ensure that they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget and scope. You will plan and designate project resources, monitor progress and keep stakeholders updated in a timely manner. Your main goal would be to create and manage projects to successful completion - from initiation, through delivery, to closure, meeting all customer expectations and outcomes. Ideal candidates would possess broad experience in handling difficult or sensitive situations, in a professional, timely, and thorough manner. Qualified candidates are self-starters and highly motivated to provide excellent customer service. Your Qualifications5-8 years’ experience managing projects in customer-facing implementation roles (remote and onsite) in a technology organizationProven track record of working with external customers, as well as with key internal partner teams including Sales, Engineering, and Product ManagementExcellent customer engagement, presentation, and communication skillsSolid organizational skills and multi-tasking skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to process in a quick changing environment; ability to manage multiple projects with multiple resourcesExperience handling escalations at all levelsA strong understanding of project financials, revenue, cost, and margin is requiredStrong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practicesExperience with creating, maintaining and following a repeatable project methodologyUnderstanding of technology relative to data, storage, API integration, Public and Private Cloud highly desirableBachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical discipline is preferredWilling to work during US Eastern time every day.
