Join us to challenge yourself and accomplish work that matters.Project Manager – Key Job DutiesLead end‑to‑end planning, execution, and delivery of assigned projects within scope, timeline, and budget.Coordinate with cross‑functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure smooth project progress.Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and risk‑mitigation strategies.Monitor daily project activities, track milestones, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive effective resolutions.Ensure adherence to organizational processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and updates to leadership and clients.Manage vendor relationships, procurement needs, and third‑party coordination when required.Facilitate team collaboration, remove roadblocks, and maintain a productive project environment.Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project performance and implementing best practices.Droisys is an equal opportunity employer.
