The Impact You Will Create:Strategic Ownership: Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving large revenue goals for Netcore across the Middle East, Africa, and LATAM regions. Sales Planning & Forecasting: Assist in developing the sales plan and prepare forecasts and KPI reporting for leaders, the CRO, and upper management. Regional Leadership: Establish business in defined zones with a core team of experts and supervise Regional Sales Managers across MEA and LATAM. Deal Evangelism: Evangelize the product and personally lead the effort to close the largest deals in these territories. Operational Excellence: Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies and analyzing regional trends. Objective Setting: Establish sales objectives by forecasting annual sales quotas for regions and territories while projecting expected volumes for existing and new products. Market Intelligence: Maintain sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors, and regional supply/demand. Team Empowerment: Provide empowering, result-oriented leadership to a diverse, multi-regional sales team. What We Look For:Experience: 18+ years of relevant sales experience with extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices. Regional Expertise: Proven experience managing high-performance sales teams specifically in the MEA and LATAM regions. Analytical Rigor: Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and drive actions. Collaborative Influence: Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and build strong internal partnerships. Problem Solving: Strength in issue resolution, multitasking, and thriving in a deadline-driven environment.
